Just when I thought I was running out of blog post titles, I realized we have posted 99 times on this blog. That makes this post our 100th blog post...how exciting!
An update on life at the Massner house:
Dad is keeping busy with work, city council, the ambulance service, and the usual.
Between sending four kids off to school Monday, moving Billy up to college, and planning my wedding, Mom is doing everything in her power to keep her head screwed on straight.
I am planning my wedding to come in eight weeks. We ordered the dresses, lined up the wedding party, made our invite list, ordered invitations, and are getting ready to register for gifts next week. It's been busy, but I'm trying to have fun with the planning since its something we only get to do once!
Billy is getting ready for college, which starts on Monday. He and Mom went up to Ames on Tuesday to move up his mattress and do some cleaning, and the whole family will be going up Sunday to get him settled in before the big first day.
School started for the younger four boys on Monday, and I believe all is going relatively well thus far. Justin is beginning his adjustment into high school, and Travis is starting middle school. Jonathan and Justin are keeping busy with football in the afternoons.
Then there is Jesse, whose name has not been mentioned but who is likewise enjoying his first days of second grade.
And for the sake of including our newest family member, Matt is still alive and well and has been diligently helping me with wedding plans in the evenings. :)
So much for an exciting 100th post. Just the fact that it is number 100 is enough, right? ;)
